Is Huntley Ford hiring?
Openings change through the year. You can apply at any time with the form on this page.
Do I need experience to work at a car dealership?
Not for every job. Detail, porter, and Quick Lane jobs are common first jobs at a dealership. Technician jobs usually need training, such as Ford’s FACT, MLR, or ASSET programs.
What is the Ford ASSET program?

The nearest ASSET schools to Huntley are Parkland College in Champaign and Milwaukee Area Technical College in Mequon, Wisconsin.
What is the Ford FACT program?
Ford Accelerated Credential Training is a 15-week program that trains technicians on Ford vehicles and earns them Ford credentials. Universal Technical Institute teaches it at nine campuses, including Lisle, Illinois.
What does a service advisor do?
A service advisor, called a service consultant at Huntley Ford, checks vehicles in, writes up what the customer describes, explains what the technician found and what it will cost, and keeps the customer updated until the vehicle is ready.
