We confirm the configuration can be ordered this model year and look at vehicles already on their way to us, in case one matches.

We agree on the price and the deposit with you in writing, then submit the order to Ford.

You get the VIN
When Ford assigns a vehicle identification number, we send it to you. That is when tracking starts.

Follow it on Ford’s order status page, or ask us for an update at any time.

We call when it lands, finish the paperwork, and set a delivery time that suits you.
What Ford’s ordering terms say
Ford publishes the rules for reservations, deposits, and orders placed through its website. In short:
- The price is agreed between you and the dealer and is written into your purchase agreement.
- A reservation deposit can be refunded in full at any time before the order is placed.
- Once an order is placed, the refund policy for the order deposit is set by the dealer, so ask before you order.
- Ford makes no promise about which incentives, rebates, or tax credits you will qualify for.

How to track a Ford order
Once the VIN is assigned, sign in to your Ford account and open Ford’s order status page. The link on the old Ford order tracker now forwards there. If the status has not changed for a while, call us: we can see the order from the dealer side too.
Fords you can build today
Ford opens and closes ordering for each model year on its own schedule, so a model you can build online may not be orderable this week. These are the model years ford.com showed on Sept. 23, 2026; call us to confirm.

How do I custom order a Ford?
Build it on ford.com or send us the details with the form above. We confirm the configuration can be ordered, agree the price and deposit with you, and submit the order to Ford.
How long does a Ford factory order take?
It depends on the model, the options, and where the model year is in production, and Ford does not publish a standard lead time. We give you our best estimate for your build when we place the order, and the VIN lets you follow it from there.
Can I order a model that is not in the table?
Ordering opens and closes by model year. If a model is not listed, or ordering is closed when you call, we can tell you when the next model year is expected to open.
How do I track my Ford order?
Once Ford assigns a VIN, sign in to your Ford account and use Ford’s order status page. We send you the VIN as soon as we have it, and you can call us for an update at any time.
Will incentives apply to an ordered vehicle?
Ford does not promise which incentives will apply, and they change month to month. Ask us which offers apply when you place the order and what happens if they change before delivery. Current offers are on our Ford incentives page.
Can I finance or lease an ordered vehicle?
Yes. You finance or lease it the same way as a vehicle from stock, and you can apply before it arrives. See financing at Huntley Ford.
Can I trade in my current vehicle?
Yes. Get a trade-in value now, and we confirm the figure when your new vehicle arrives and the trade comes in.
